By downloading or using the Sleep Key app (“Service”), you agree to the terms below.
1. Medical Disclaimer
Sleep Key IS NOT A MEDICAL DEVICE. The Service is intended for informational and recreational purposes only. It is not designed to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition, including but not limited to Sleep Apnea, Insomnia, or Arrhythmia.
- If you suspect you have a sleep disorder, consult a physician.
- Do not rely on Sleep Key data for medical decisions.
2. Subscriptions & Billing
Sleep Key may offer Premium features (e.g., Long-term trends, Full Audio Storage).
- Payment: Charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
- Auto-Renewal: Subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24-hours before the end of the current period.
- Cancellation: You can manage or cancel your subscription in your App Store Account Settings. Deleting the app does not cancel the subscription.
3. User Responsibility
- You are responsible for keeping your device secure.
- Since data is stored locally, you are responsible for backing up your device (e.g., via iCloud Backup) to prevent data loss.
4. Intellectual Property
The algorithms, soundscapes, and design of Sleep Key are protected by copyright law. You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the app.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sleep Key and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app (e.g., missing an alarm).
6. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these terms. Continued use of the app implies acceptance of the new terms.
