How to Delete Your Account

We are sorry to see you go. If you wish to permanently delete your account and all associated data, please follow the instructions below.

Warning: This action is permanent and cannot be undone. All your data, including history, settings, and personal information, will be permanently removed from our servers.

Instructions

1. Open the App Launch the Sleep Key app on your device.

2. Go to Profile Tap on the Profile icon located in the bottom navigation bar (or the top-right corner, depending on your layout).

3. Access Settings Scroll down to the bottom of the Profile page or look for a Settings (gear icon) button.

4. Initiate Deletion Locate the “Delete Account” option. It is usually found at the very bottom of the list in red text.
   • Tap “Delete Account”.
5. Confirm Deletion A confirmation dialog will appear asking if you are sure.
   • You may be asked to re-enter your password or type “DELETE” to confirm.
   • Tap “Confirm” or “Yes, delete my account” to proceed.

What Happens Next?

• You will be immediately logged out.
• Your account data will be scheduled for permanent deletion.
• You will receive a confirmation email stating that your account has been removed.
